Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-07-04.1
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a FlyCRM account or otherwise accessing FlyCRM (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WurkNow, Inc. (“WurkNow”, “we”) operates FlyCRM as a mobile-first, AI-native field CRM for staffing-agency representatives.
2. Your Account and Your Data
Records you create in your personal workspace are yours — you own them for as long as you use FlyCRM. If you join a company workspace (a “Space”), that company may separately acquire rights to data you contribute while working on its behalf, subject to the data-purchase disclosure described at /privacy. Every record stays partitioned by Space; access is enforced by row-level security.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or Space-isolation controls;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export another user's or Space's records without authorization;
- Introduce malware, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
- Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates applicable law; or
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.
4. AI Features
FlyCRM includes AI-assisted search, enrichment, and an AI assistant. AI output may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for verifying information before acting on it. Bring-your-own-key (BYO-key) usage is billed and rate-limited separately from the central metered key, per your workspace's configuration.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time; your personal-workspace records remain yours to export subject to standard account-closure procedures.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version string above, and the acceptance ledger records the version you accepted along with a timestamp.
